Results of the HealthWise “pH Challenge”!
As announced in the October 2009 Newsletter and a recent press release, HealthWise Gourmet Coffees is pleased to announce the results of its recently conducted “pH Challenge”. Not surprisingly, HealthWise came out on top with the least acidic results. HealthWise recorded a pH value of 6.18. Amongst nine similar-in-origin national brands (which of course do not claim low acidity), the pH ranged from 5.01 to 5.69. Amongst brands claiming low acidity, one competitor was close at 6.15, and another was more acidic at 5.75. For further detail, check out the posted press release.

Is HealthWise Coffee actually lower in acid than other coffees? Well, we’re putting the issue forward as the HealthWise pH Challenge! HealthWise Coffee is roasted through a process that allows it to be low in acid, while still retaining many health benefits that other coffees don’t posess in their roasting processes.
