Another Case for Low Acid Coffee: Reflux Pills Could Lead to Dementia

Add Avoidance of MS to the List of Potential Benefits of Coffee

Drinking 6 or more cups of coffee per day has been associated with a reduced risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS).  In a paper published on March 3rd in the Journal of Neurology Neurosurgery & Psychiatry, two studies -in California and Sweden reported that people who drank six or more cups of coffee had a significantly reduced risk of developing MS.  In the California study, there was a 31% reduced risk; in the Swedish study, similar findings at a 30% reduced risk.   While the study did not for certain indicate it was some aspect of the coffee other than...
